I use this torrent, it's version 1.26 so at least you don't have to update the version
INSTALATION
1. Install the above torrent
2. go to http://www.kisskiss.tv/cm3d2/update.php and download the アップデータ Ver.1.31, this patch should bring your 1.26 version to 1.31, you can check if it worked on the start screen, click the gear icon and then the 3rd icon from the left. To actually install it, throw all the .exe files and folders into the root of your installation, you know, the palce that has the same folders and .exe files, overwrite the files and launch the only new .exe in the folder which should be called "update"
3. On the same site, under the grey boxes, there's another link, this is a hotfix to a patch, you apply it the same way
4. Now comes the actually shitty part, the DLC's

You should install EVERYTHING from the above pastebin, I did it one-by-one but the MEGA link includes a document with how to make a all-in-one DLC installer, but I couldn't get that way to work, do note that the list is updated when there are new DLC's, you should be able to sort the files by date in the MEGA link to see what's the new stuff that you hanve't installed yet
YOU INSTALL THE DLC THE SAME WAY YOU DID THE UPDATE
5. After all that is done you should have a fully functional game with all the content, so let's get some translations going

I actually think there's some merit to having a Kitserver-free installation of the patch, but obviously distributing whole game files won't fly on Steam. I guess one could organize something that's a bit more fiddly, some sort of patcher that either automates the tools or directly patches the game files some other way.

Anyway, I'll be very interested to hear your experience.

>I found steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=453717187 and used web.archive.org/web/20150611182521/http://a.pomf.se/uvvqvf.mp4 to repack the .pac files. Only took about 5 mins once I worked out how to use the packer. There's probably still merit in fixing kitserver, there's clearly something it didn't like about my set up but I'm happy enough that it's working now. 

It's super easy to make it work once you know what you're doing (I wasted a lot of time trying to unpack and repack the whole thing from scratch, but it's much simpler than that).

/nep/ seems like it could do with a little more activity, so I'm going start up a Neptunia-themed play-along of a game. The first choice is pretty obvious: Sid Meier's Civilization V. It has numerous high-quality Neptunia mods, care of Vice Virtuoso and a few other characters have been added to fill out the gaps since his work on them ceased.

As it stands, I'm going to do a playthrough in the spirit of Hirohito Anon's Darkest Hour runthroughs. As much community action as possible, with as much lore and in-game material as possible.

I'll punish this Noire later, but I just bumped into another Rei…you'd think she wouldn't be trouble in another dimension, but she's still pretty mean~. But I did get four towns going, which is pretty good…

Anyway, I founded the Iris Heart church, and now it's fully developed~. Now I just need to get some good defenders and I can just keep building up and up…

While I was doing alllll thatttt…some nice people came by and told me some stories…fariy tales, and a cute story about kitties, I think~. I didn't really get it all, but I had them all written down and it got of people thinking up some neat ideas~.

Anyway, it looks like Blanc wasn't able to set up her faith this time around…I feel a little bad for her…

But what's really awesome is I got enough Shares to transform~. Now I can make sure everyoneee behavesss…
